It does not include the flesh of the fruit, which is used to make coconut milk. Different types of coconuts include different levels and flavors of liquid. Green coconuts are typically used to extract coconut water because they contain a lot more liquid than other types of coconut. Coconut water is high in electrolytes, low in calories, and low in sugar. It is an excellent beverage for keeping hydrated.

Potassium is an electrolyte that helps your body function. It keeps your nerves functioning properly and keeps your heartbeat regular.
