We all know the benefits of including exercise into our daily routine. Not only does it make us physically feel better, but it helps our mental wellbeing as well. One of the best ways to combine movement and mindful meditation is with yoga, which is why it’s often referred to as a “moving meditation.” Including a daily yoga exercise is a fantastic way to tone muscles, increase your flexibility, and center yourself around your breath.
